Our review of Stories: The Path of Destinies should be up in a few days, but it is important to look at what the game attempts to do, which other should try to emulate in the future. Choices in games does not have to be an either/or decision that will stick until the game ends. That's fun, but it has been over done in the various episodic games we are now getting. Someone, Stories seems to do something different that is engaging and interesting, but that 'forces' you to try every combination of choices and see every outcome.

After playing through the Prologue of Battleborn, I was fairly excited for what the game, on a single player level, might be able to offer. As with all online centered titles, it is often hard to create an enjoyable single player experience. I often find that you are damned if you do, and damned if you don't. Gearbox fell into this trap and ends up taking a lot of heat, probably causing the developers to thing, "Was it worth it?"

In case you are still holding out hope, Neil Druckmann again has reiterated that today's release of Uncharted 4 will be the last Nathan Drake title ever released, at least under his watch. We recently began working on our Battleborn review, and the prologue got us really intrigued for what more we could get out of this multiplayer focused game. Instead of plowing through more of the campaign, we jumped online to see what multiplayer offerings were to be had. While Battleborn lacks a variety of common online modes, the 3 available game types are varied enough to keep you playing for hours on end. All I have seen on the Internet since Battleborn launched on May 3rd was how amazing the prologue was. To the credit of everyone who said it, they were absolutely right. Through the awesome and fresh cinematic, to the choice of music, to the introduction of various game play mechanics, the beginning of Battleborn gets off to a wonderful start. For a game that relies so heavily on its multiplayer portion, the fun-to-play prologue is really pushing the idea of Battleborn being a fun game, even alone.

Although rumors have surfaced that EA is giving away Battlefield Hardline and Battlefield 4 Premium DLC first to only EA Access members, many outlets are reporting - and many consumers are indicating - that this DLC has been free since earlier this week for all Xbox and Playstation owners.

Warner Bros and Travelers Tales promised that when Force Awakens - the LEGO adaptation - was released, it would include more than what was in the movie. Today, the delivered on that promise with a new trailer that details a few of the areas you will get explore, and the situations that you can play through, leading up to the events of The Force Awakens.
