ATLANTA – Jan. 23, 2018 – Cartoon Network has launched OK K.O.! Let’s Play Heroes, a new video game featuring brawler-style combat and off-the-wall adventures based on Cartoon Network’s animated TV series OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes, published by Cartoon Network Games and developed by Capybara Games. The title is available globally today on the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system via the PlayStation®Store, Xbox One through the Xbox Games Store, and Windows PC via Steam for $19.99.

Samsung has had a number of great news items come out of CES 2018, but one of the most important to myself is the unveiling of the Thunderbolt 3 QLED Curved Monitor. This is the first curved model on the market that will support Thunderbolt 3 connectivity. Although many might assume this is soley for a gaming audience, Samsung has assured interested parties that this is a great monitor for all computer related activities. Assassin's Creed Origins is easily one of the best games released in 2017, and it has even taken my top spot amongst Assassin's Creed titles since the original, topping my previous all-time favorite, Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag. From start to finish, exploring Ancient Egypt and removing its citizens from the grasp of a tyrannical leader was an amazing experience. With so much to do, there really was never a dull moment. It has been a few months since I picked up Elder Scrolls Online and put some significant time into it, but with a new paid Dragon Bones DLC and free Update 17 on the horizon, that is about to change. Bethesda announced today that new features are coming to the popular online multiplayer experience, that brings not only new content, but features that long time fans have been asking about for a long time.

When the clock ticks past 11:59 PM on New Years Eve and everyone celebrates a new year, its hard not to reflect on the past year, and what’s to come, whether in our personal lives, professional lives, or even our gaming lives. Nintendo easily won 2017, despite Sony having a really good showing, and although Microsoft launched a new console this year, it seems to have already sold the bulk of its units to early adopters, as sales have drastically trickled off. Far Cry 5 is Ubisoft's next highly anticipated title in the Far Cry series, and this time around, the developers are tagging America as its playground for some crazy, over the top mayhem. The early looks and videos of Far Cry have been spectacular, detailing a bit of the back story - a religious cult attempting to take over America - as well as some of the gameplay, which surprisingly includes fishing. Today, Ubisoft released yet another trailer for the game title, "The Resistance."

The first Portal game is one of my favorite games ever. Its not a very long game but it packs a punch. And you gotta love that ending song! I never could get into Portal 2 though.  I did enjoy GLaDOS appearance in LEGO Dimensions though. And now shes back! A new Portal spinoff game, Bridge Constructor Portal, has been announced.
