Gamers hoping to get their hands on the controversial horror game Devotion are going to have to wait a little longer. Hours after announcing that they would be selling digital copies of the game, online retailer GOG walked back their statement. After announcing today that they would facilitate a release for Devotion, GOG has officially stated that they will no longer be honoring that commitment. The company claims that this decision was reached after hearing the concerns of numerous gamers.…

I haven been an Xbox gamer my entire life, and looking back on my yearly stats, one game stands out amongst so many others as my most played - and it’s not even close! It’s not Fortnite or Call of Duty, and it isn’t an epic single player experience that I return to year after year. It’s ARK: Survival Evolved, and I’m so damn happy to see a sequel!

Following last month's poorly received remake, does the cult classic original XIII stand the test of time?

New consoles are incredibly exciting. I still remember living through the many consoles launches of Nintendo, Sony, and Xbox product as a fan, and was able to be on the front-line of the New Nintendo 3DS launch, the Nintendo Switch launch, the Xbox One X launch, and now of course, the PS5 and Xbox Series X launch. Of course the hardware capabilities are incredibly important when launching a new system, but part of what determines the success of a console launch are the titles that ship alongside it. And one company shone brighter than the others.

Almost half of the staff at GamesReviews have been diving into Immortals Fenyx Rising over the past two weeks, and for the most part, we are all really impressive with this brand new IP from Ubisoft Quebec. While borrowing heavily from Assassin's Creed Odyssey, this game does set it's own path with a humerous story and fantastic charactesr that feel unique and alive.

As the year 2020 comes to an anticipated end, gamers will have to begin thinking about their game of the year. The Game Awards recently announced the titles they have currently in the running for the distinction. 

Having enjoyed a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2019, Prodeus, developed by Bounding Box Software, has arrived in Early Access on Steam and GOG.
