Puzzle Games belong on Nintendo Switch

Over the past few weeks, I've been playing a fair share of puzzle and narrative games on my Nintendo Switch, whether that be Lost Words: Beyond the Page, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Famicom Detective Club, or Layton Mystery Journeys. It has highlighted one thing for me - puzzle and narrative driven games will always play well on Nintendo Switch, and I hope we continue to see more of these titles in the future.

Snake?! You’re A Bomberman: A Look At Super Bomberman R Online for the Switch

Naked Snake is a Bomberman! So is Simon Belmont, Old Man Snake, and few other familiar Konami characters. Super Bomberman R Online is the latest in the Bomberman franchise. It is a free-to-play game, available on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Playstation 4, Stadia, and PC. And it has cross-play so you can play with people across these systems! I checked the game out on the Nintendo Switch and here are my thoughts. Yes Naked Snake is totally my character.…

More Thoughts From Me #271: Return of the Mii

Mii characters have been around since the Wii. Nintendo used them some of the 3DS, with Tomodachi Life and Miitopia specifically but they haven’t been used them a lot on the Switch…until now! Let’s talk about the return of the Mii. When Nintendo introduced the Mii on the Wii, well, it was neat concept. Creating your own avatar to use in games like Wii Sports was cool. And then on 3DS, we got games like Tomodachi Life and Miitopia which…

Jin Conception

We previously looked at Jin Conception, an rpg thats inspired by Chrono Trigger. And now its time to review it. Is Jin Conception for the Nintendo Switch worth checking out? Let’s find out! Jin Conception is, on the surface, a good game. Graphically, it looks better than its inspiration, Chrono Trigger, and the battle system is just as good as that tried and true classic.
