More Thoughts From Me #88: Switch Indie Game “Madness”

Last week, I was going to write about third party games. Instead, I wrote about the Adventure games coming to the Switch. This week…well, I have to admit I’m starting to wonder if the Switch even needs third party games! Don’t get wrong: it would be very nice to see more third party games come to the Switch, however, have you seen how many games came out for the system last week? And this week? Plus we have Super Mario…

One Piece: Unlimited World Red Deluxe Edition Nintendo Switch Preview

I’ve never watched the One Piece Anime nor have I read its manga. I’m not a fan of Anime or manga. More Thoughts From Me #87: Its Time For Adventure!

I was going to write about third party games and the Switch this week but my heart wasn’t really in it. I do hope third parties continue to come to the system, but I just felt like there was something else I needed to be talking about. And then it came to me: ADVENTURE GAMES. Why adventure games? Because this genre is making a huge comeback lately, especially on Nintendo Switch. Hopefully on the day this is posted, there will…

LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game – Combat is King

The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game doesn't break a ton of new ground for famed developers Travelers Tales, but the game does enough to differentiate itself for the dozens of other LEGO titles currently available across almost every gaming platform imaginable. If you are familiar with LEGO Ninjago, you'll know that in the movie and show, Ninja combat is at the forefront of almost every encounter. It makes sense, then, that Travelers Tales would rework the standard LEGO game combat to better fit the Ninjago franchise. From what I've played, it works really well!
