Bethesda released the first three Doom games for the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, and Xbox One today! The first three Doom games are now available on the Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. I remember playing the first Doom game on PC back in the day. I don’t think I ever played Doom 2 or 3. I wouldn’t mind playing all three of these games on the Nintendo Switch. The first one would be especially fun to revisit. Have…

Nintendo Increases Level Upload Limit For Super Mario Maker 2
Today, Nintendo increased the amount of levels you can upload online! We have the details below. Super Mario Maker 2’s level upload limit has been increased from 32 to 64. Nintendo has said that they will be raising this limit again in the future. I’m not sure how many people will actually make and upload 32 Mario levels let alone 64, but its nice of Nintendo to upgrade the option just in case! Oh and Nintendo announced that they had…

Super Mario Maker 2 has been out for a little bit and I’ve been playing through the story mode and also…I’ve been building levels! Today I wanted to talk about the level creator. Is it better than the first game? Super Mario Maker 2’s level builder is a lot like the first games. That said, a lot of new tools have been added to your arsenal, such as the evil sun, slopes, new powerups, and more. Basically Super Mario Maker…

KEMCO rpgs are always good. Some of them, in my opinion, are better than others but generally the company puts out good games. I especially like when they do games with retro 8/16 bit graphics. Archlion Saga for Nintendo Switch, out today, is KEMCO’s newest rpg with retro graphics. Is it a good game too? Archlion Saga is an rpg that harkens back to the NES/SNES rpgs. The graphics are in that style and the battle system is very similar…

In “Light gun” games, you control the gun (or target) that you move to shoot at enemies and not your character. In the past, games like this came with physical prop guns that you shoot at the screen with. Now that motion controls are here, you can just move the joycon around to shoot at enemies. Mad Bullets is a “light gun” game for the Nintendo Switch. Is it a fun one though? Mad Bullets is unplayable. At least, that…

Fire Emblem: Three Houses is likely not what fans, old or new, might expect from a Fire Emblem game. While the older Fire Emblem games were very combat-focused and the newer games have been oriented more towards the social/romantic aspects of the game while easing up on the hardcore battling, Three Houses, in which you play a professor at an academy for young knights, does a fantastic job in finding the balance between both.

I just got Super Mario Maker 2 this week. Yeah, I’m running a little late. I’ve been making up for lost time though by playing this game a lot. The mode I’m playing the most? Super Mario Maker 2’s story mode! Super Mario Maker 2 takes everything that was great about the first game and adds to it, plus adds in online multiplayer and…a story mode?! I admit when I first heard there was going to be a story mode…
