Animal Crossing has been used for a number of unique marketing and philanthropic endevours over the last few months, and now Hellmann's Canada is getting in on the fun. Fans will be able to bring Rotten Turnips to Hellmann's island, and Hellmann's will then provide meals to Second Harvest Canada based on the number of rotten turnips they receive. While my kids really enjoyed putting the starter set together, it became quite obvious that more sets were going to be purchased, as the kids really wanted to expand their course building options. When Nintendo and LEGO partnered up to release some building sets, I was incredibly excited. I had visions of beautifully crafted sets that utilized amazing mini figures. When the Genki Covert Dock popped up on Kickstarter last year, I was definitely intrigued. How could something so small, do so much? I'll admit right here, that using third party docks definietly worried me as so many others had failed and bricked systems. Thankfully, by all accounts, this dock from Genki won't cause those problems, and I cannot wait to try it out!
