Dragon Quest 8 Review

Bringing all of these older Dragon Quest games to the Nintendo 3DS is a brilliant idea, and I'm loving every minute of it. Although Dragon Quest 8 doesn't boast the obvious improvements we saw in Dragon Quest 7

Poochy & Yoshi’s Woolly World 3DS Demo Thoughts

Poochy and Yoshi’s Woolly World will be coming out on the 3DS in February. However, Nintendo gave us a surprise today! A demo for the 3DS eshop was release today. Here are my thoughts on the demo. Yoshi Wholly World on 3DS is Important

It's not often that I say a video game is incredibly important, unless it touches on specific social issues or world injustices, but purely from a video game stand point, I think the release of Poochy and Yoshi's Wholly World on the 3DS is incredibly important for Nintendo in three specific ways: first, it highlights the desire from fans to see popular Wii U games get ported to the 3DS; second, it shows that Nintendo still has plans for the 3DS in 2017; and finally, that there are still inherent benefits of owning the NEW 3DS system over the original.

Fun is important. But why can’t you, sometimes at least, have fun and learn something too? Most people seem to think of Edutainment as a genre for kids. Many of these games are, in fact, designed for little kids. Some, such as Brain Age,…
