The Battle Cats POP! for 3DS is unlike any game you’ve ever seen! It has a unique sense of humor, style of graphics, and gameplay. I’m pretty sure it’s the strangest game I’ve ever played too. Sequels are sometimes better than the first game, but more often than not, sequels are worse. Dragon Fantasy: The Black Tome of Ice is the second Dragon Fantasy game for the 3DS (its also available on Wii U but I didn't review the Wii U version), with a third one already planned. Is The Black Tome of Ice better than the first game, as good as the first game, or did the developers drop the ball?

Lightwood Games is one of my favorite developers. Word search games are probably a niche category of gaming, but I enjoy them a lot. The Art Academy franchise has a fairly loyal following, and each new title pulls in an extra audience. The Nintendo 3DS has a lot of role playing games coming out this year. Among the big rpg titles coming out, there are also some rpgs coming from Indie developers. One of the Indie rpgs recently released is called Justice Chronicles. How is this 3DS eshop rpg?

If you remember, last year when Story of Seasons launched on the 3DS, we coverd it ... a lot! I was doing weekly diary entries about where I was at in the game. I was hoping to do something similar this time around, but unfortunately this title doesn't really allow for that type of article writing. However, we have published a lot of preview coverage which I will link below. However, it's now time to put a score on this wonderful title. Outside of a few consistent releases - I'm thinking primarily of the Mario and Sonic titles - many Nintendo games don't find a home on both Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. However, the Hyrule Warriors title - a spin off of the Dragon Warriors series - has landed on both. While the 3DS does have more content than the Wii U version, is it necessarily worth purchasing on handheld, or for a second time? We think so!
