Yo-Kai Watch Translation Project: Chapter Five

After getting our watch upgraded at Timers and More, we head to Catfish Pond to investigate a rumour of folks catching giant fish using shiny objects. Unfortunately, our good friend Bear decided to use his mother's engagement ring as the shiny item to hopefully catch the King of Catfish Pond, but only ended up losing the ring, making his parents upset. And now it looks like Bear's mom might be leaving for good, calling the missing ring a sign. Can we help out Bear and recover the ring?

Ghost of Tsushima Directors Cut – Iki Island

I've been making my way through Ghost of Tsushima on the PlayStation 5, although my time with the game was interrupted by an unfortunately placed week long camping trip! Still, from start to finish, the Directors Cut of Ghost of Tsushima has been one of my favourite gaming adventures in 2021 - not only does the game look and feel phenomenal on Sony's next generation console, but all the additional DLC, including Iki Island, blew me away.

Kitaria Fables is an Outstanding Blend of Farming and RPG

When Kitaria Fables was originally announced, I had paid very close attention to the development. After all, if you've read my stuff here on GamesReviews or my streams on YouTube, you know that these types of games are my bread and butter. Whether it's Story of Seasons or Garden Story, anything that mixes farming and role playing mechanics is almost an instant win in my opinion. And while Kitaria Fables has some faults, it is still a fantastic experience that shouldn't be missed!

Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions Review (Nintendo Switch)

Before I dive into my thoughts of Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions on Nintendo Switch, there are a few things I want to get out of the way. I'm not a boxing guy. I don't talk about boxing, I don't watch boxing, and until last week, I definitely don't play boxing games either. Anything in a ring has never excited me before, and that goes for both the real world, television, or video games. But there was something different and enticing about Big Rumble Boxing on Nintendo Switch, and despite it's faults, it's not bad either!

DC Fandom 2021 to show more of Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad

Two of my most anticipated games coming up will finally be highlighted at DC Fandom: Gotham Knights is a co-op focused game from WB Montreal (Arkham Origins) and is to take place after the death of Batman. In this game you will suit up as either Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl, or Red Hood as you defend Gotham together. This game is said to be a little more RPG focused than the former Arkham Games. Meanwhile, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League…

Samurai Warriors 5 is More of the Same (and this is good)!

I've recently been playing around with Samurai Warriors 5 on Nintendo Switch, and while I'm not one with a lot of experience playing Warriors games - my time has been limited to Fire Emblem Warriors and Hyrule Warriors. That being said, the presentation of Samurai Warriors 5 is an improvement on past iterations in the system, providing a brand new visual look that I really enjoyed.

My Time at Portia Mobile Port a Welcome Addition

As we reported earlier this year, My Time at Portia - the fantastic farming and life simulation game - was heading to mobile after having a very successful run on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Steam. We've been playing with the mobile build for well over a week now, and while we obviously haven't made it through everything the game has to offer, we have played our fair share and can easily tell you how this game ports over to Android and iOS.

The Magnificent Trufflepigs

Sometimes a game isn’t about the gameplay. Sometimes is about the story and the characters. A game can sometimes be more like a novel or a movie. The Magnificent Trufflepigs is a game about lost objects and lost people. Its a game that is narrative driven…
