GSC Game World, which is developing the game, has announced the “S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Metaverse,” which will “use blockchain technology to let the community own a piece of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.” That includes the opportunity to become the “first-ever metahuman,” which GSC Game World appears to define as a non-player character rendered in very high detail. When the PlayStation 5 launched, I was actually really excited about the clean and crisp white look. And since them I've enjoyed how it looked when placed next to my Xbox Series S and my Nintendo Switch OLED. But then I realized that is a lot of white in my entertainment stand, and even when you mixed in the black Xbox Series X, it still was a bit bland. PlayStation announced today they are bringing colour to PS5s around the world, and I'm all in.

If you are relatively new to the board game world - and in this instance, games like Monopoly, The Game of Life, and yes even Catan do not count - there are a few games we like to call gateway experiences to the wider world of detailed, specific games. Ticket to Ride is currently sitting on the cusp of the casual versus hardcore board game players, but it is still an excellent title to get to the table for those less savvy friends and family.

With the Mandalorian taking a short screen hiatus, the hype of Grogu...the Child...has died down and perhaps one would think that this character isn't as popular as he once was. Wrong, so very wrong. Grogu is as popular as ever before, and a quick search of any toy store will tell you this. One item is rising above the rest, however - the fantastic RC The Child figure. 

I have had a ton of people tell me that collecting and displaying Playmobil sets isn't a thing, as it doesn't have the same display quality of other building toys. And for the longest time, I might have believed them. That is until my friends at Playmobil sent over two collectible Volkswagen sets - the Special Edition Volkswagen Beetle and the Special Edition Volkswagen T1 Camping Bus. Both sets are phenomenal pieces, and while kids might enjoy playing them, they are in my opinion a great, collectible piece.

While wooden trains have been all the rage for young kids over the past few decades, there is one downside to them - they generally cannot be self-propelled and it's hard to build them really high in a small space. If you've ever travelled down to my basement you'll see shelves and shelves of board and card games. At this present, we are not quite sure how many games we own, but that number is easily above 150.
