Irrational Games Shutting Down

The studio behind the excellent Bioshock Infinite is being shut down, all but 15 members of the staff being laid off and lead Ken Levine is looking to work on smaller narrative-driven games, he has revealed. This isn't entirely surprising - Levine had previously expressed doubts about the future of the Bioshock franchise - but it isn't good news for anybody involved.

Upcoming PS4 Exclusives Leaked?

An industry insider has revealed some of the upcoming games Sony supposedly has ready to reveal between now and E3. Take it with a pinch of salt - no "insider" ever manages to be 100% right all of the time, perhaps because internal projects are cancelled and shifted around so many times behind closed doors - but it does seem rather like a wishlist for the PlayStation community.

Fallout 4 Not to be Revealed in 2014

The last year has seen more than a few rumours involving Fallout 4. Not a single one of them has so far been proven to be true, with only the vaguer "confirmed at release" rumours still holding any water. Nintendo Direct Announced for Tomorrow

Nintendo have announced that they'll be airing a new Nintendo Direct tomorrow, focussing on titles that'll be available by the end of Spring 2014. No further details have been released, but you can bet we'll get another long look at Donkey Kong, and maybe even a little about Kirby: Triple Deluxe. It'd be nice to learn something about Mario Golf as well, although that seems to have disappeared entirely at this point.

60% of PS4 Owners have a Vita

Sony's handheld that could might not be, but that doesn't mean it's a complete failure. The Vita is a technical powerhouse, and the capabilities of it make it well worth picking up. That's only been improved upon since the release of the PlayStation 4 as well. Maybe that's why such a huge amount of PS4 owners have decided to pick up a Vita as well.
