If you've played an AAA game in the last twelve months, there's a good chance you've come across the concept of the 'Season Pass'. This gives you an entire collection of DLC at a reduced price, usually the cost of one DLC pack. It started, among other places, with Call of Duty, and Infinity Ward alumni Respawn were expected to continue the trend. They won't be - Titanfall will not have a season pass.

Nintendo Shutting Down Wii, DS Online Features
The new generation is definitely here now, and for Nintendo it's been almost 18 months since they released their latest device, the Wii U (and even longer since the 3DS came out). Perhaps it's no surprise then that the house of Mario is shutting down their online services from last-gen. With almost no expections, the Wii and DS are now offline consoles.

It had been in development for quite a while, and even managed to get a mention in God of War: Ascension (in the guise of the above picture). Following news that Sony have laid off around fifty people from the studio, it's also been revealed that that game and the entire IP surrounding it has been cancelled.
