The last Thief game garnered less than perfect reviews, and so fans are likely hungry to find out where the franchise is going next - if anywhere. The good news is that it'll definitely be making a return. The bad news is that it'll probably be in film form.

2k Games have announced Battleborn, which is described as a next-gen hero-shooter that will be available on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. From Gearbox, the creators of Borderlands, the CGI reveal trailer showed no gameplay, but focused on five different characters all presumably playable that aide each other in battle from an onslaught of seemingly endless enemies. The game is said to have both a co-operative campaign as well as competitive multiplayer matches and will feature a multitude of formidable heroes.

Game Freak makes terrific games and finds a way to capitalize on them twice. Whether it was giving some color to the classic - Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue - or making minor changes to the overall game play - like Pokemon Heart Gold and Pokemon Soul Silver - they have given us good reasons to re-buy their titles. In November, Game Freak and Nintendo are doing it again with Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire; this time around, however, the changes are major.

There are plenty of games that deserve to come to PS4, and chief among them are The Last of Us and Grand Theft Auto V. So it's no surprise that those are the titles Sony chose to highlight at their E3 conference earlier this year, but even then, there have been a couple of titles that would be expected to be cross-gen, but which haven't had a mention... until now.

This past week, the Toronto Sun newspaper was able to sit down for a 45 minute with Nintnedo's own Miyamoto and Bill Trinen. Although I wasn't expecting much from the interview - since E3 had just wrapped up, and everything should have been talked about there - I was surprised by the information that Miyamoto did share. He spoke out about the new Zelda title, poor Wii U sales, and Star Fox.

World of Warcraft has "always" been coming to consoles. Since the early days of the 360, somebody knew somebody who knew somebody who had an anonymous source that claimed Blizzard were hard at work on bringing the game to console. This time is slightly different, in that retailer Newegg has published a page with a unique serial number offering Xbox Live gametime for World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor.

Nintendo Japan look set to show off another playable Hyrule Warriors character this week. Although they haven't given us anything to go on in regards to what it might be, there's even the possibility of finding out two new characters (considering that's been the pattern so far).

Isn’t it always great when a game with no release date ends up being delayed? It basically boils down to something that could have been available at any time suddenly being released at a different, more distant time. Giving games the HD treatment is not a new concept. In fact, companies have been doing it for years, and will likely continue for the foreseeable future. Not only is it an importunity for developers to make more money, but it is also an oppertunity for fans to relive some of the best games that are, more than likely, unavailable for them presently. When it rains, it pours. Apparently Square Enix have realized there's a new Kingdom Hearts Remix coming out in the next few months, and that they ought to start advertising it. Our second trailer in less than a month, this one shows off some of the changes between the original, SD PS2 version of Kingdom Hearts 2 and the new HD PS3 outing.
