Sony brought back some Playstation favorites to the delight of the E3 crowd last night, but those announcements shouldn't overshadow the new IP Sony also launched out, including the fairly promising looking Detroit: Become Human. Although it was originally announced at E3 2016, a lot more was shown up this show, including a game play trailer. We think the game looks incredibly promising!

Sony hit it home this E3 with games galore, which is what most people are looking for at an E3 Briefing. All the big PlayStation franchises are heading back to the system, including God of War, Shadow of the Colossus, Monster Hunter, and more. While their presentation itself could have used some spicing up, the content was there.

The 3-in-1 LEGO Creator sets are some of my favorite sets the LEGO Group has ever released. The ability to put 3 sets in one box was a wonderful new addition to the LEGO line up when it was introduced a number of years ago. These sets offer variety, many rebuild options, and hours of play, and are generally priced very well. Since LEGO began launching these blind bag collect them all series, over 100 minifigures have been released, and hardcore collectors are nabbing them up quickly. Atlus USA announced three 3DS JPRGS are coming west! Atlus USA announced on twitter today that they will be bringing three 3DS JPRGS west. The first is Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth. My excitement for Pixar games is pretty none-existent, but my seven year old son goes bananas for these types of games. Troy Baker is becoming - if he not already is - a legend in the gaming industry for performing a number of key roles in big budget, AAA video games. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that he will be reprising his role as Talion in the new Middle Earth title, Shadow of War. If you aren't familiar with Troy Baker you should be, and having him reprise his role again is only another sign that Shadow of War will be equally as good, if not better, than its predecessor.

Today was the much anticipated Pokémon Direct that was to outline games coming to the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. While there was much talk about what we would potentially see - a rerelease for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, Pokémon Stars on Nintendo Switch - what we got was, well, slightly disappointing for some, and pretty exciting for others!
