Ticket to Ride has been around for a long while, and the game has gone through many iterations. From player-on-player games in Europe and North America, to team games in Western Europe, Ticket to Ride is always attempting to do something a little different with each release. Ticket to Ride New York is a huge break from the franchise, bringing forward a very short, very simple experience that is likely to draw in more players than a traditional game in the franchise would? But is it worth owning? Let's dive in and take a look!

One Key Way to Succeed at Hyrule Warriors
When playing through Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch, there is one thing all players can do that could ultimately be the difference between winning or defeat. How you deal with the swarming enemies is probably more important than you think, but focusing on them over objectives is a HUGE mistake!

Over the past week, I've been putting significant time into Lost Sea, a game originally released a while ago (we played on PS4) but just coming to Switch on May 31st. Lost Sea is a puzzle, exploration, RPG experience that sees you playing as a surviving castaway moving from island to island, attempting to escape the Bermuda Triangle. With colourful graphics and lots to do, Lost Sea will keep you busy for hours upon hours, even when the moments become a bit repetitive.

The patch notes for the Bambi update - live now - to Disney Magic Kingdoms is available via the Disney Magic Kingdoms Facebook page, and we are diving in to see what other improvements, if any, will be coming to the game over the next little while. Outside of Bambi and friends obviously being added to the kingdom, there are a few items we are hoping to see that would be brought over from other, successful 'city/town/park' buildings games: the ability to set all your characters to a task, at one time. Will we get it? Likely not, but that's OK, because the ...

When watching the trailer for Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let's Go Eevee, I began to wonder about the decision to focus on Generation 1 Pokémon. One of the highlights of my PAX East Experience was Bethesda Gameplay Day on April 7th. During this time, guests had the opportunity to play The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset, The Elder Scrolls: Legends – Houses of Morrowind, Quake Champions, and try Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus on the Nintendo Switch! Ironically, the event was not in the convention center, so people didn’t even need a PAX badge to attend what was essentially a gameplay party including food, drinks, and possibly even SWAG. Yes, I said it, there was EPIC swag! Heart hands, thanks Bethesda!
Read MoreHyrule Warriors Definitive Edition a Love Letter to Zelda Console Titles
When playing through Hyrule Warriors over the weekend, I quickly realized something that I've probably known for a long time: Hyrule Warriors is a love letter to all the previous Zelda console titles, and really brings all those nostalgic feels back when playing in specific areas, using specific characters, and hearing specfici tunes. Although the game isn't what you might expect from a Zelda experience - don't let that deter you Zelda fans! - there is something really great here that long time console franchise fans will love!
