2020 has been a really tough year for many folks, and while video game consoles might not be the highest priority on everyone's list if they are experiencing financial hardships, some folks do have just enough saved up and lying around to not only survive this pandemic, but also get in on the latest and great tech.

Assassin's Creed has been one of my favourite franchises of all time, and the changes they have made in the last few entries are wonderful in almost every way. Our home is just a few short weeks away from being torn apart and opened right up, but until then, Robby the Roomba is zooming around some fairly cramped quarters, most notably in our dinning room. Until today, anytime I sent Robby on a cleaning run in my dinning room, I would lift the chairs up onto the table as I would when I normally vacuumed the room by hand. Today after lunch, I decided to leave the chairs on the floor, and see how Robby navigated this mess.

PlayStation made an announcement today regarding the upcoming launch of the PS5. According to a recent post on the PlayStation Blog, there will be no PS5s available at physical retailers on launch day. Interested gamers will instead have to purchase a console online for delivery or in-store pickup.

As of November 3, PlayStation Plus subscribers can download their free games for the month. Unlike last month, it appears gamers are generally pleased with the offered titles. There is more to be excited about than the game selection though. PlayStation will also be giving subscribers a PS5 game on top of their two PS4 titles.
