Sequels are sometimes better than the first game, but more often than not, sequels are worse. Dragon Fantasy: The Black Tome of Ice is the second Dragon Fantasy game for the 3DS (its also available on Wii U but I didn't review the Wii U version), with a third one already planned. Is The Black Tome of Ice better than the first game, as good as the first game, or did the developers drop the ball?

Ziggurat Review
Dungeon crawling titles are becoming a weekly occurrence across PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One, and unfortunately we get more shovel ware than actual quality titles. So when something comes around that deserves to be raved about, we think it necessary to inform our readers of it. Ziggurat is that title. While there are a few things that we would have liked to see different, the game as a whole is a wonderful, dungeon crawling experience.

Here’s the truth about video games: you just never know how well a game will sell. What if you create a video…

Looking for a game with a spectacular story, dialogue, and even better descriptions of things? Then you should check out Ash, a new rpg for 3DS. Let me tell you why! A role playing game should always have an interesting story. You would hope it would have good dialogue too, but thats not always the case. More often than note, rpgs will have a good story and fall short when it comes to interesting dialogue and characters. Even more rare…
Read MorePokemon Remakes A Huge Success
When Nintendo announced 3DS re-releases of the original three Pokemon titles, I was fairly skeptical. After all, how desperately did Nintendo fans want to play a slightly improved – although very true to the original – Pokemon game from the early Gameboy days? Frankly, I was not sure how well these titles would catch on. A complete remake of Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow in the style of the new titles? That would have taken off like gangbusters, in my…
