DICE Not Sure Why People Liked Bad Company

It was always pretty obvious that Bad Company 3 would be a thing. The games were relatively successful and created a following that is still waiting for the chance to revisit those characters and that multiplayer. They'll probably be waiting for a little while longer, because DICE doesn't know what made those games so special.

Space Run Review

It's not easy, being a delivery boy in the future. While today the worst you might come across is aggressive dogs or mustachioed old ladies frightened to open the door in case you're a little bit "ethnic," in the future you'll actually have people trying to kill you. Which is fine, because at least then you know where you stand. In Space Run your goal is to reach your destination as quickly and as safely as possible. Only one thing is certain: it ain't gonna be ...

Nintendo Comment on Best Buy Smash Bros Success

Super Smash Brothers is one of the biggest games of the year, and Nintendo knew that a lot of people wanted to play it. For that reason, they decided not to limit the brand new demo just to E3 attendees, but struck a deal with Best Buy so that people could play their latest brawler across the United States and beyond. Hardline is More than a BF4 Expansion

John Drake Leaves Harmonix

For anybody involved in the Rock Band community, John Drake will be instantly recognizable. As a key member in the Harmonix team, he was a regular target of people who disappointed once again by the distinct lack of classic rock (or punk, or metal, or hair metal, or...). This weekend he announced he'd be leaving the music game developer, but not without promising that Harmonix have some great things to come.

Link is Staying Male, For Now

There's been a lot of talk about the "new" Link in the Legend of Zelda Wii U trailer shown at the Nintendo E3 Digital event earlier this week. The character has always looked feminine, but this time around it was enough to seriously question his gender, and people did. This wasn't helped when Eiji Aonuma was asked why Link looked so different: “No one explicitly said that that was Link.”

Bayonetta 2 Comes with the First Game Free

Subtly isn't Bayonetta's strong point, although one of the main announcements of Nintendo's E3 presentation involved her and has largely gone unnoticed in the conversations about The Legend of Zelda Wii U and Yoshi's Wooly World. When you buy Bayonetta 2 on Wii U, the first game (originally published by SEGA) will be included at no extra cost.
