Peach’s Castle Expansion – LEGO Super Mario

One of the things that has disappointed me the most about LEGO Super Mario is that most of the sets don’t really display all that well. These are LEGO sets meant for playing with, not just displaying. Sure, the various characters do look great on the shelf, but in general, entire sets do not. I do believe that the Bowsers Air Ship set probably would display well, but not many others. Peach’s Castle, however, displays beautifully (not on a 12-inch shelf mind ...

The Quest Kids – An Interview With an 8 Year Old

Over the past few weeks, we have been playing the outstanding kids game, The Quest Kids . This game is aimed at kids, but is fun for adults to play as well. Super Mario Movie Toys Review – 5” Figures & 7” Bowser

There was, and may be still is, a massive group of people who are not actively purchasing Super Mario toys - the gamers. And after the hype around these releases, ...

This modular board game from Fantasy Flight Games mesmerized me instantly. When I say I took a deep dive, I mean a legitimate deep dive. I bought the base game, the large expansions, and the three additional character packs. It all ran me about $350+ dollars but it has been incredibly worth it. Between a ...

Scythe Board Game Review

There are a few really popular board games available on the market, and it feels unfair that Stonemaier Games has a few of these. Two incredibly popular and in high demand games are Wingspan  and Scythe. We reviewed Wingspan and all the expansions a while ago , but despite all the Stonemaier Games reviews on the website, we have never looked at the game Scythe.

If you’ve been a long-time Harry Potter fan then Hogwarts Legacy is probably a video game you have been interested in. But can a game set so far before the movies and books actually be that good? Wonder Woods Board Game Review

Good and easy to teach four player board games can be a bit tough to find, but I think perhaps I’ve found it! A few weeks ago, a copy of Wonder Woods was delivered to the office, and although it took us a bit longer than we wanted to get it to the table, once we did, we played it for hours. Is Wonder Woods any good? Let’s take a peak!
