Disney Infinity 3.0 after 60 Minutes
For the longest time, I often would determine my level of interest in a game after sixty minutes. Growing up, I rented a lot of video games, all of which had to pass the sixty minute test before I would buy it from the store. As a reviewer, I technically can't have a sixty minute barometer - I must review the entire game. However, I often still use my sixty minute rule, even if I plan to play the whole game. With the release of Disney Infinity, the the almost impossible ability to adequately review everything in one 'review,' I've decided to share my thoughts on Disney Infinity 3.0 after - you guessed it! - sixty minutes.
Virtual reality gaming can transform learning
As technology continues to transform the way in which we live our lives and how we deal with many aspects of our health, fitness and well-being why shouldn’t we also utilise these innovations to improve the way in which many of us learn? Education is a fundamental part of our society and if there are tools and facilities out there that can assist in helping students gain a better comprehension of subjects then what are we waiting for?
Indie Corner: Whispering Willow
Microsoft has been pumping the Xbox One marketplace full of indie titles, and every time a new one lands, we try to cover it here at Games Reviews. This past week, the developers of Whispering Willow sent us a code for their title, and we jumped in right away. What you will find in Whispering Willow is a sometimes confusing, but generally straightforward, puzzle solving game. With a walkthrough, this could be completed in just a few hours. It took us around 5. For 9.99, there is definitely value in this little game.

Mad Max Early Impressions
I've only been playing Mad Max for a few hours, but I've already noticed a few things that both excite me and make me groan. Within the first few hours, you will know whether or not you will be spending significant time with this title or not. I think I will, although getting over a few hurdles was frustrating for a number of hours.
New Nintendo 3DS Coming to North America
A while back, the New 3DS XL came to North America and people were generally OK with that...but, where was the smaller, regular New Nintendo 3DS? The 3DS that you could get in the Super Famicom Controller button layout? The 3DS where you could swap the face plates for whatever you could possibly want? Well, that version never came out here, until now.
Positive Early Impressions of Disney Infinity 3.0
Disney Infinity 3.0 launch this weekend in North America, and if my local Best Buy was an indication, the positive reception from many media outlets are sending people to stores to plunk down hundreds of dollars. By 6 PM local time, the Disney Infinity shelves were nearly empty as fans flocked to the store to grab as much as they could. Good work Disney! Your game has received so much positive attention that people are forgetting the (minor) downfalls of 2.0 and jumping right into an other experience.
New Xbox One Elite Bundle Available to Preorder
This year, Microsoft unveiled their Xbox One Elite controller, a controller that any one who plays console video games would love to have. Unfortunetly, the price here in Canada is pushing 200$ after you factor in taxes. For that kind of money, you could almost get a Wii U! Today, Microsoft announced the Xbox One Elite bundle was available to preorder.
X15 Toronto: Skylanders Remains Kid Friendly
When trolling around the show floor at Microsoft of Canada's X15 Xbox event in Toronto this week, I stopped in to play the new Skylanders game from Activision. I was partially enticed by the game play I saw from far away, and also slightly enticed by the sweet swag they were offering. Regardless, I sat down with a member of the development team, played the game, and asked the one question I had: will Skylanders Super Chargers still be (little) kid friendly?
The History of Online Casinos
There have been millions of pounds spent on online casinos over the years, and now betting adverts and web gambling are as common as the regular kind - if not more so.
