LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Switch Review
When Warner Bros. and Travelers Tales decide it's time to shake up the LEGO formula the results are generally positive. Shake-ups have resulted in the best LEGO game ever made, LEGO City Undercover, and now the most ambitious LEGO game ever made, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. This latest entry in the LEGO franchise is easily one of the franchises' best, and there is no doubt in my mind that it will be a stepping stone for future titles.
More Thoughts From Me: The Best Star Wars Game Ever
Last Tuesday, I bought Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker. I’ve been playing it a ton since then. I still have a lot more to do but even so, I’m already calling it. This is the best Star Wars game ever! We’ve seen a lot of Star Wars games. Some of them are good and many of them are bad. Previously, I would have told you that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was the best Star Wars game ever.…
Lost Ark: More Than Just a Diablo Clone
As Google and Apple entered the lucrative world of online games, Amazon wasn’t about to get left behind. However, it faced one major challenge: it didn’t have the same breadth of titles as Stadia or Apple Arcade. So what did Amazon do? If you can’t beat them in quantity, beat them with quality. And so now, we in the West finally have Lost Ark. “The Diablo Clone You Can’t Play” Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard…

Bugsnax with Free DLC Coming to Nintendo Switch, Xbox Game Pass
Bugsnax was easily one of the best new titles available right around the launch of the PlayStation 5 - the beautifully crafted world, humrous writing, and fantastic gameplay made snatching up bugs and helping the locals such a good time. While originally exclusive to PlayStation, the game is now coming to Nintendo Switch and Xbox Game Pass later this month, complete with a brand new (FREE!) DLC, The Isle of Bigsnax.
Remarkable Benefits of Playing at the Best Online Gaming Platform
New online gaming platforms are launched every day. However, choosing the excellent one from many options can be a real task. The main question here is, why should you sign up with a trusted and reliable online gaming platform? And what are the advantages associated with joining the leading online gaming site? Besides, things tend to get complicated for a gamer who already owns gaming accounts with reliable platforms that provide incredible bonuses and competitive payouts. Joining a new online…
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes – Mysterious Mercenary Trailer
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is coming out June 24, 2022. A new trailer has been released for the game. Check it out below and please come back here for some thoughts on the game. Fire Emblem: Three Houses was a really good game. Three Hopes isn’t a strategy game but it does seem to be building on what was introduced in Three Houses. Some of the same characters are returning, along with a new protagonist and a hint that…
Housemarque Sets The Standard For Free DLC With Returnal: Ascension
Returnal was already one of my favorite ever video games before its developers, Housemarque, released Update 3.0, otherwise known as Returnal: Ascension. Unlike most developers who entice customers to spend their hard-earned cash on microtransactions or to fork out the price of another title for some DLC, Housemarque gave away Ascension for free. All that is required to get your hands on this fantastic DLC is to allow your PlayStation 5 to update the game. Marked with CC BY 2.0…
First Impressions – LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
Over the weekend, I've been diving into LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga on my Nintendo Switch. It's been quite a while since I've played a LEGO video game, for a variety of reasons. The older games don't grip me like they once did, and even when it's a franchise I love - Harry Potter, for example - there always seems to be a reason why I don't enjoy the experience. So how is LEGO Star Wars on the Nintendo Switch? My first impressions are below!
