TRIANGLE STRATEGY – Character & Story Trailer #1: Roland Glenbrook
Triangle Strategy, Square Enix’s upcoming HD-2D strategy rpg, is coming out in March for the Nintendo Switch. Check out the latest trailer for Triangle Strategy and some thoughts from us below!
Triangle Strategy will be coming out on March 4, 2022.
Square Enix’s latest game continues the HD-2D style that Octopath Traveler introduced. Instead of an old school rpg though, Triangle Strategy is a tactical strategy game in the vein of Final Fantasy Tactics or Tactics Ogre. The newest trailer shows off information about the character Roland Glenbrook and some of the side characters.
The story looks interesting but personally I’m more interested in the game’s combat system. We do get a glimpse of battles in the trailer, though its very focused on the characters and story overall. If you want to check Triangle Strategy for yourself, a demo for the game is still available on the Nintendo Switch eshop!
