Loot Wear – November 2016

I’ve received a number of the Loot Wear boxes over the past few months, and NONE have compared in quality and value than this months box. Themed Magical, this box included products from my favorite franchises, such as Dr. Strange and Harry Potter. Read on to see why we loved this box so much!

Harry Potter, Gone but not Forgotten

For the most part, the idea of Harry Potter in film form is gone. Yes, we have the newest Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie which is set in the same universe, but lets be frank: it’s not REALLY a Harry Potter film. This months box brought that wonderful franchise with Harry back to me in the best way possible, with a great pair of pajama pants and some outstanding socks.

The socks themselves are a great quality. We have received  lot of similar socks in the past few months – the Sonic the Hedgehog and Megaman socks come to mind – and while those were great socks to receive, both in terms of comfort and design, these Harry Potter socks easily are the cream of the crop. Usually,  I steal all the socks in this crate for myself, and let my wife pick over the other items. This year, however, I think she’ll get these socks in her stocking!

If the socks weren’t enough, Loot Crate also included a great pair of pajama pants adorned in the Hogwarts House Crests. The pants themselves to the average, non-Harry Potter fan, are incredibly ugly – as pointed out by my mom – but if you are a fan of the franchise, you’ll instantly fall in love with these pants. They are also going under the tree this year for my wife, but I did pop them on really quick to see how they felt…

…so comfy!

Dr. Strange

Dr. Strange and Harry Potter dominated this months Loot Wear items; off the top, Dr. Strange is a great movie, and you should probably go see it. The items this month rock! Just in time or Christmas, Loot Crate has once again sent out an ugly Christmas tShirt for you to wear to that holiday party. The Dr. Strange theme works really well on this shirt, and frankly, it is quite ugly!

We also got a pair of Dr. Strange socks, which like the Harry Potter socks, are incredibly comfortable. If you have a huge Dr. Strange fan in your family, this might make a great little gift!

Best of the Rest

There were a few other items this month, including a pair of Adventure Time boxers, but the other item I really want to rave about in this review was the Kingdom Hearts scarf for her. My wife is a huge Disney fan, and by extension, really loves Kindgom Hearts as well. This thick scarf is not only a handy item to have through January and February, but also a great little item for that special Kindom Hearts fan in your life. The design is outstanding, and the craftsmanship top notch.

Thanks again Loot Wear for the great items. This is quickly becoming my most anticipated crate/box/bag each month!
