More Thoughts From Me: Welcome to Bloomtown

I’ve been playing Bloomtown: A Different Story on Xbox Series lately and enjoying it a lot. So I thought I’d talk about this game! Thanks to ID Xbox for providing a code to us.

Bloomtown: A Different Story is a turn-based rpg set in a small town focusing on a young girl who goes to visit her grandpa with her brother and then gets dragged into demon slaying!

The humor in Bloomtown is evident in the game’s dialogue, which is really well written. The story for this game is neat and the dialogue is even better. The gameplay is excellent too.

As Emily, you can wander around town, interacting with people and objects and sometimes decisions are made via rolls of the dice. Depending on your characters stats, you’ll find success or failure. Meanwhile, in dungeons you and your friends take on demons, recruit them, explore, and more. The gameplay feels a bit like Persona or Pokémon.

Bloomtown is a really charming and fun game. The battles and exploring the towns/dungeons are addictive. The humor helps keep things interesting to. I’m enjoying the game a lot.

I have more to see and do in Bloomtown and can’t wait to see where the game goes next.
