Second Wave of Xbox Preorders in Australia Less Popular
During the rush yesterday, EB Games Australia was active on Twitter, letting consumers know when the Xbox Series X and the Xbox Series S were sold out. And, like it did in Europe today, it didn’t take long for that to happen. EB Games Australia did promise a second wave of preorders would be available today, with delivery still in 2020.
As of the time of writing, the Xbox Series X was once again sold out, but what might be the best deal in consoles this generation – the Xbox Series S – was still available, four hours after EB Games put the units on sale again.
Limited units of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S POST LAUNCH (Expected 2020) consoles are available to preorder NOW!

This could be good news for those who were not able to preorder their consoles in Europe, and who will be clambering for consoles in North America in a few hours. As of right now, no retailers in Europe or North America have indicated that a second wave of preorders will be available, but if it is happening in Australia, we are pretty confident it will happen in other region as well.
Despite saying that presales were concluded, it is possible to still purchase a Series S from the site, as I tested this morning (short of putting in a Credit Card and purchasing, as I am from Canada).
UPDATE: We are now presold out. Thank you for your patience today.
