Discover Connections in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past – Episode 7

Dragon Quest VII came out on September 16th, but that doesn’t mean that Nintendo is done advertising the game. Today, Nintendo of America put up a new video called “Discover Connections”. Check out the video below and my thoughts on it!

The “Discover Connections” video discusses the random dungeons/streetpass/online portion of the game. I just recently got to this section of the game. Yes, that means that you’ll have to wait awhile to use this part of the Haven/Monster Meadows. A very long time in fact! But the wait is more than worth it! Discovering these new random dungeons adds a lot to the game, plus getting new monsters for your Haven is very cool.

I especially love that you can get some dungeons via the Haven’s Download bar. I think its great that you can send monsters out to get dungeons and get dungeons via streetpass too, but its nice that you can upload your dungeons online for others to play and they can upload theres & you might just get to play them! Online sharing makes getting dungeons even easier than just streetpass. However, I have tried out the streetpass part of this game and it works very well.
