Abdallah does the Math – Odds of Getting Various Pumpkins in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Good friend of GamesReviews, Abdallah, recently posted a video (embedded below) about the odds of getting each of the four different pumpkin colours – Orange, White, Green, and Yellow. Doing hours upon hours of research live in-front of his audience, he concluded that you will most often get Orange pumpkins. How often? Let’s take a look!

While we might provide some of the stats here, before sure to watch the entire video to get the lowdown on ALL the things happening in the fall update, as he does a great job of quickly getting that info to you in less than 15 minutes!

Ok, onto the stats. Based on his hours of research, Abdallah found that when you plan the pumpkin starters that you can get from Nooks Cranny or from Lief, you will get Orange Pumpkins 70% of the time, Green Pumpkins 10% of the time, White Pumpkins 10% of the time, and Yellow Pumpkins 10% of the time. Abdallah was quick to point out that this is anecdotal evidence, and not something data mined from the Animal Crossing code.
