Shadow of the Ninja- Reborn Demo Impressions
Shadow of the Ninja – Reborn has a demo out right now and I checked it out. Here are my impressions of the demo for Nintendo Switch!
Shadow of the Ninja – Reborn is an indie game where you play as ninjas off to fight against the bad guys. The game plays like Contra, basically an old school side scroller beat ‘em up.
In the demo that was released, you could play one very long level. I didn’t finish the demo completely but what I played, I thought was really cool. You can play with another player but I only played single player. I picked the guy ninja and could pick up different tools as I made me way through the level.
Shadow of the Ninja isn’t an easy game though. The boss I encountered was pretty tough. You definitely need to figure out a strategy with the bosses and keep your distance, if possible, from the regular enemies. Its still a fun game. And the graphics are super impressive!
The thing that really impressed me about Shadow of the Ninja- Reborn is the graphics. This game looks absolutely stunning. All of the characters, from the main to the enemies, look extremely detailed. So do the environments! It feels like you are playing a cartoon in the best way possible. It looks so great.
I want to go back and try in finish the demo, but thought I’d share my impressions of what I’ve played. Shadow of the Ninja is going to be a game that old school beat ‘em up fans will want to check out.
Shadow of the Ninja Reborn comes out on August 29th, 2024. The demo is available on the Nintendo Switch eshop right now.
