New Details and Trailer for Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee
New details and information for Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee and Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu were dropped today by the Pokémon Company International, and while all the information provided shouldn’t be a surprise to long time fans of the franchise – especially those who have played Pokémon Yellow at some point in their lives – there was some information today that wasn’t expected, including mega evolutions and more!
That’s right, mega evolutions can now be used in battle once per encounter, allowing players who hold the Key Stone and Mega Stone that corresponds to the Pokémon they are using within the fight to mega evolve! The first three Pokémon that trainers will be able to evolve will be Venusaur, Blastoise, and CHarizard!
On top of this, the newest trailer also showed of Vermilion city, the S.S. Anne, and Lt. Surge, giving players more looks into what the final product will look like when it hits stores shelves this November.
And of course, as announced in an earlier trailer, Team Rocket is back to their old tricks again, looking to capture all the Pokémon in the world for themselves. Whether this game will play out like the original Pokémon Yellow is still to be seen, but it would be interesting to get a brand new story involving Team Rocket for this release. Only time will tell on that!
