Pode

Pode for the Nintendo Switch is a beautiful looking game. I knew that from the first time I saw the game in a Nintendo Direct. However, looks are not everything. Does Pode have fun gameplay to back up its wonderful graphics?

Pode has great graphics. From the moment I started playing the game, I was stunned by the game’s fantastic level and character designs. I wasn’t sure what the heck was going on with the game’s story-there is no dialogue in this game-but I loved how the game looked. I also liked how the game played.

The controls for Pode are very easy to learn. This game can be played via co-op with split joycons or you can go single player. There will always be two characters on screen no matter what. In single player, you can swich between the two characters easily.

The gameplay in Pode requires both characters. There are a lot of puzzles to solve in this game. For me, the biggest negative for this game is that there are not a lot of clues for every puzzle. You really have to figure things out on your own (or team up with a friend). This game can be pretty hard.

I think Pode is pretty fun though. The graphics and gameplay in Pode unite to create another great game for the Nintendo Switch!

Pode gets a 8.5 out of 10. If you like beautiful puzzle platformers and want a challenge, you should download this game!
