New Kirby and the Forgotten Land Trailer, Plus Playable Demo Available Now
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is coming out on March 25, 2022. Nintendo UK released a new overview trailer for the game, plus there is a playable demo available right now!! Check out the trailer below and please come back here for my impressions of it.
Wow! The Kirby and the Forgotten Land trailer blew me away. I already thought that the game looked good but after seeing this new trailer, I thought it looked great.
Where to start?! Well, Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a very 3D dimensional game. It does have some sideview action, but Kirby wanders around in levels much more than he ever has. The levels are huge and there is so much to do in this game!
You can watch our Editor-in-Chief’s son Lochlan play through the demo below!
For instance, Kirby gets a lot of copy abilities in this game from enemies and the trailer revealed that you can evolve those abilities. By finding recipes, Kirby can go to a workshop and craft new weapons/powers. Nintendo absolutely loves crafting in their games but I never thought we’d see it in a Kirby game. Wow. It looks great. The new super weapons and powers are jaw dropping.
Not only that Kirby can temporarily eat objects like cars, stairs, and more to solve puzzles. Whew.
The game also has a town Kirby can visit, co-op, a mini-game, and more. This looks like it could be one of the best Kirby games ever.
Oh and do you want to try this game out? Well, you’re in luck. A demo is available right now on the Nintendo Switch eshop! Go download it. I know I just did. And I will have impressions here on the site of the demo as soon as possible!
What do you think of the new Kirby and the Forgotten Land trailer? Have you tried the demo yet?
