More Thoughts From Me: Ready for an Island Adventure

Look, okay, I like cute games. I cannot lie. If its cute and it has fishing, sign me up. Even better if you can decorate a house and do favors for cute animals. So yes, I’m an Animal Crossing fan and a fan of anything that’s like it. You know this means? Yes I’m looking forward to Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

I’m a huge Animal Crossing fan. If you’ve read this collection for awhile, you probably already knew that. I’m also a fan of games that are sort of like it. I’ve played Hokko Life, My Sims, Stardew Valley, Harvest Moon, and more. I love the simulation genre. Also: the cuter the game, the better.

So when I saw Hello Kitty Island Adventure announced last year, I was definitely interested. Now that its listed on the Nintendo Switch eshop, I’m excited. Why? Let me tell you why.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure lets you decorate a home, you can go fishing and fix up an abandoned island. It also has gardening, puzzle solving, underwater gameplay, multiplayer and much more. I never thought I’d be excited about a Hello Kitty game. I’m not the normal audience for the franchise. But you tell me that I can decorate a house and fish and take part in yearly events and…yeah. I need the game now. Right the heck now.

Oh and there’s a deluxe edition! This edition has extra clothes, furniture and such. I mean. C’mon. This game has me written all over it. Yes, it’s a super cute game.

Maybe it will be aimed at a younger audience than Animal Crossing. I’m not sure. All I know is that it has a lot of the stuff I love about AC in it. I like the look of the game. I want to play it now.

We don’t have to wait too much longer to find out if Hello Kitty Island Adventure is any good. The game comes out on January 30^th. Yes right at the end of this month. It looks like AC fans will go nuts for this one. I know I am.
