Splatoon 3 Release Date Annnounced
Splatoon 3 finally has a release date! We have the news below along with some new footage.
Splatoon 3 will be coming out on September 9th, 2022. Previously Xenoblade 3 was coming out in September, but it was recently rescheduled for July. Now Splatoon 3 is in September. And since its on the 9th of September, thats still technically summer (which is when the series usually comes out).
Oh and another bit of interesting Splatoon news, the Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion DLC is now apart of the Nintendo Switch Online. So if you never bought that, you can now play it as part of NSO!
Splatoon has been a really popular franchise for Nintendo. There was one game on the Wii U and now two on the Nintendo Switch. The newest game looks good. It continues the multiplayer fun while hinting at a possibly bigger hub world. We should be seeing more information about this game soon. Maybe in June if Nintendo does a Nintendo Direct that month. We’ll see.
