Button City, a cute adventure game, is now available on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox system, Playstation systems, and PC. Check out the launch trailer and then come back here for some thoughts on the game.

What is Button City?
On Youtube its described this way: “Join Fennel the fox and his friends as they try to save their local arcade in Button City, a low poly narrative adventure. Explore a diorama world, play arcade games, complete quests, and meet cute animal friends!”
The graphics are super cute and colorful. The game reminds me of a mix between Animal Crossing and Night in the Woods! The diorama style adds a very unique, fun flavor to it.
The story about saving an arcade is something that really speaks to me (and probably all 80s/90s kids) and the arcade games look awesome! There are elements of the game that look very Animal Crossing too, with decorating your room and interacting with other characters.
Button City looks like its going to be a wonderful addition to all platforms.
