Game of Thrones Conquest Coming to iOS and Android
Like most popular TV shows in recent memory, Game of Thrones will be getting yet another iOS and Android, free-to-play experience in the near future, and people are being encouraged to pre-register for the game to secure their in game bonus worth roughly $50 USD. Here is a brief description of the title, courtesy of Warner Bros. PR in Canada:
Whether it’s through sheer might or deception, Game of Thrones: Conquest lets players rule their House as they choose. Powerful armies will be raised to march against rivals, while players command their own small councils to sabotage their enemies from within. Westeros won’t be simple to conquer. Players must defend their Houses from each other in player versus player battles or form a strategic Allegiance as they fight for control of the Seven Kingdoms.
Based on what is available online, this game will function like any other war style game available on the app store, but with a Game of Thrones twist. You will need to build farms and other resource collecting locations to get what you need to build up your city, build up your army, and help Dany claim the Iron Throne.
There will be quests to finish and levels to gain, and while this may seem like a carbon copy of so many titles you probably have already played, having a hit name like HBO and Game of Thrones behind it will likely make it more appealing. Throughout your adventure, it is likely you will cross paths with many of your favorite – and perhaps your most hated – characters in the Game of Thrones universe!
I preregistered, and so can you by visiting the Game of Thrones Conquest website. We will have more coverage on this soon, so stayed tuned!
