The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game doesn't break a ton of new ground for famed developers Travelers Tales, but the game does enough to differentiate itself for the dozens of other LEGO titles currently available across almost every gaming platform imaginable. If you are familiar with LEGO Ninjago, you'll know that in the movie and show, Ninja combat is at the forefront of almost every encounter. It makes sense, then, that Travelers Tales would rework the standard LEGO game combat to better fit the Ninjago franchise. From what I've played, it works really well!

During the days of the Nintendo Wii, people could not get enough of the original Mario Galaxy, prompting Nintendo to do something they've rarely ever done with 3D Mario titles: release a sequel! Unfortunately for me, neither Mario Galaxy or Mario Galaxy 2 hit that sweet spot for me like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine did. In fact, nothing Nintendo has released for Mario has brought me back mentally to the days of the Gamecube and Nintendo 64. Super Mario Odyssey is about to change that in a big way for me, and I cannot wait!

I never played the full Rayman Legends game on the Wii U. I played the demo, but I just never got around to playing the full game. Then Ubisoft sent us a review code for this game and our editor-in-chief, Adam Roffel, decided I should do the review.

Monster Hunter Stories came out this month for the 3DS. I played the demo and thought it was good. Adam Roffel played the whole game and enjoyed it. Over the next few weeks, you will see a lot of Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line Coverage on GamesReviews. Thanks to the great people at Disney Canada, our original family trip has been supplemented with extra tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and extra perks aboard Disney Cruise Line. While we will cover most of what we do - a lot will be done via Twitter and Instagram - we will try to be selective on the website and cover video game, or electronic entertainment, related things.

Nintendo has been going down the DLC road a lot since they launched the excellent track and character packs for Mario Kart 8 on the Nintendo Wii U, and for the most part, they've been doing a really good job with it, providing large, meaningful content updates for a great price. These DLC packs have extended the life cycle of previous games, and Nintendo is hoping they can once again make Fire Emblem Warriors a game that you will continue to play well after launch.
