Wii U Emulator Released – Update
A group has released a free Wii U emulator that claims to be fully working across both the Nintendo OS and the latest games.
Initial reports seem to say that it’s working pretty well, although you need a pretty beefy computer to be able to run it. I haven’t tried it out myself, but if it works half as well as the developers claim it does, this is going to be a big deal for Nintendo. Not least because, like Dolphin and the Wii, games can actually be rendered at a higher quality than on the console, with extra post-processing and save states for every game to boot.
From free-emulators.com
Wii U Emulator is a tool to play Wii U Games on your PC and MAC. Most games run perfectly or with minor bugs. Games are playable at HD quality, with 1080p and more. This is a remarkable feature that the actual Wii U console is not capable of.
It has to be noted that we in no way support pirating Wii U games, nor do we recommend that you test this emulator without a virus checker in place and, at the very least, a Wii U in your home.
Update
I’ve just gone through the process myself, and doing the surveys does not seem to net you a download. As above, we do not recommend that you try to get a copy of the emulator, especially since as of now it seems like a complete hoax.
